Matri4web provides Support and Maintenance Services for FREE up to one year from the date of your purchase via ticket based.
We know the importance of AFTER SALES Support and Speedy Response times ! That’s one thing we have Mastered on !
It now gets even better with a TICKETING System now in place. All existing clients can send a mail to ticket@efix.in to Contact our Super efficient Support Team.
Issues Covered by Support

  • Problems or bugs in the software
  • Issues during setup in the customer environment
  • Basic help understanding specific features

  • Debugging code not written by Matri4Web
  • Custom development
  • HTML authoring
  • Training
  • Integrating our script into other web applications

When in doubt, please contact Support with questions. If the issue is not covered by Support, a Support Agent will direct you to the appropriate resource. Once the Free Support Contract expires, you can opt for Premium Support @ Rs.2500.00 per year.

Our business hours are defined as 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
